Rotary E-Connect Trust is guided by a team of experienced and passionate individuals committed to driving sustainable community development. Our governing body brings together diverse expertise and a shared vision of service, aligned with the core values of Rotary International.
1) Mr. Eswar Reddy – Advisor
Mr. Eswar Reddy serves as a respected advisor to the Rotary E-Connect Trust. A committed Rotarian with a wealth of experience in leadership and community service, he plays a key role in guiding the Trust’s strategic direction. His deep understanding of Rotary’s mission and values helps ensure impactful and purpose-driven initiatives.
2) Mr. Subir Dhar – Governing Member
Mr. Subir Dhar is a seasoned professional in the Energy and Information Technology sectors. An Electrical Engineer and MBA graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, he has held senior leadership positions in several top-tier IT firms and currently serves as AVP at HCL Technologies.
His interests span across agriculture, rural livelihoods, renewable energy, and skill development. Passionate about sustainable progress, Mr. Dhar engages closely with grassroots communities and supports initiatives that foster local entrepreneurship and inclusive development.
3) Ms. Geetanjali Dhar – Governing Member
Ms. Geetanjali Dhar is a dedicated travel consultant and ecotourism advocate, with academic roots in Clinical Psychology and specialized training in wildlife and nature studies. She has been honored with the Best Woman Entrepreneur in Eco-Tourism award by AWAKE for her outstanding work in sustainable tourism and rural empowerment.
As Managing Trustee of IT Nature Trust and Past President of the Rotary E-Club of E-Connect, she has spearheaded numerous programs focused on conservation, education, and community well-being.
